Demi translates a fleeting image into structural weight. The source material – a press slide of Demi Moore performing gender drag as Gomez Addams (1997) – was reclaimed from eBay, repurposing a moment of disposable celebrity culture. Utilizing the Jacquard technique, the first binary system to predate the modern computer, the "soft data" of the slide is woven directly into the structural logic of the cloth.
